Dracos Back in Stock

Got an email from J&G Sales - they got a new shipment of Dracos in.... http://www.jgsales.com/product_info....oducts_id/1696
http://www.jgsales.com/product_thumb...jpg&w=135&h=81

Price is same as last time - $349 + shipping for one, cheaper in quantity.

Classic arms also got some in, only their prices have gone up from last time. $399 + shipping for one, cheaper per gun in quantity.

I had mine on backorder from J&G, and just got the shipping notification today. :applause_

What an excellent range of weapons they have - check out the MG42 (semi auto), and the collectors corner.

I could spend a whole week in that shop. Thanks.

Search for 7.62x39. Wolf and Brown Bear are Russian and leave a lot of residue but as these are AK's you can go quite some time between cleanings.

They take standard double stack magazines and can be tricked out with all polymer and a Kobra to leave no doubt that one is here to dispense an epic asswhoopin'.

They're the same as AK-47s - they take 7.62 x 39 ammo. Here's a link to Classic - as of now, their online ordering system says they're in stock. A word of caution - when you order from Classic, you need to make sure they have your FFL's license on file. If they don't, they'll reject your order if they run out before your FFL faxes them a copy of the license. I speak from experience.... Link - the second item after the Yugo ammo...

The OP had the link to J&G, which has a little more info on the pistol. Here it is again for convenience....

J&G also ran out of these quickly the first go-around, but they honored the backorder at the original price. Good folks. I like Classic, too, but it didn't work out for me that particular time.

Sorry to hear that. Probably not as is. Taking a quick look at Calguns.net, you'd have to have it shipped to a gunsmith and have them modify it to make it single shot only before you can take delivery, but I don't know the ins and outs of that. Especially whether you can undo the modification if you move to another state, etc., etc. Here's a couple of links. The second link is to a forum discussion. The first link is the main site, which probably has links to the full restrictions.

Re: Dracos Back in Stock

Anybody get theirs in today? J&G told me it would be here, my FFL says it isn't. What carier do they use? I know usps is closed but UPS and FedEx should still be running.

wolf ammo, paper plate, 30 yards, 30 round magazine, rapid fire, 30 holes in paper plate. probably more accurate if one took their time. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.

Draco went straight into my shop. Knocked the muzzle nut off, installed a AR-type flash hider. Replaced grip with a Tapco SAW grip. The wife likes the feel of the new hand-filling grip...

The overall look is clean, well put-together, snug-fit parts, chrome chamber and bore, clean trigger break. Not at all like some of CAI early "cobble" jobs they did on some of the WASR-10s. I will add a sling set-up eventually. Not sure what else I'll do for now. Maybe an Ultimak mount for a red dot or laser.

Couple of questions, are the handguards full size and does the pin for the brake still function?

Handguards are full-sized and brake pin still functions. I also removed the cleaning rod (rattles).
